Chilli Oil Noodles

These are TOP TIER noodles – the knife cut ones make this recipe so much better. I get these from the local asian grocer near me. You can add an egg or some veggies to make this a more balanced meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g noodles (I like knife cut)
  • 2 tbsp chilli oil
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tsp black vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 whole spring onion

Equipment

  • 1 Pot
  • 1 Kettle

Method
 

  1. Boil noodles for as long as the packet says (about 3-4 minutes).
  2. While noodles are boiling add all your sauce ingredients to a bowl.
  3. Drain noodles, I like to not drain them completely dry as a little bit of noodle water helps it mix in.
  4. Mix together your noodles and sauce.
  5. EAT!!! Warning you will want to make this daily if you try it 😏
