Ginger Miso Noodle Soup
This warming ginger miso noodle soup only take about 10 minutes to prep and cook. It's perfect for cold winter nights and simple WFH lunches.

udon noodles

ginger paste

miso paste

tsp
white pepper

msg

chicken stock

soy sauce
1
tsp
fish sauce

tsp
chilli oil
Instructions
Chop up or slice all your vegetables into small pieces.
To a medium sized pan, add your oil and all of your veggies in and sauté for a few minutes.
Add your ginger and miso paste as well as any seasonings of your choice, I’ve used white pepper and msg to bring out the flavours more.
Add your chicken stock plus your fish sauce, soy sauce and chilli oil.
Once the soup comes to the boil add in your udon noodles and cover.
Boil for 2-3 minutes (or as long as your noodles need).
Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
