Preheat your oven to 180 degrees, fan forced.
Crack 6 eggs into a silicon muffin tray.
Cut in half 6 English muffins and lay on a large baking tray facing down.
To a large baking tray, add your slices of bacon.
Put the bacon in the oven first, this needs 20 minutes flipping half way.
The eggs also go in the oven, they only need 10 minutes, as well as the English muffins.
To assemble, add butter to one half of the English muffin and a slice of cheese to the other half.
Then add the eggs to the buttered side and the bacon to the cheese side.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Sandwich them together, wrap in tin foil and pop in the freezer ready to heat up for breakfast throughout the week!
NOTE: Do not put the tin foil in the microwave, remove this prior to heating.
